SUNY Delhi Hospitality Department

Welcome to Bluestone, SUNY Delhi’s restaurant and event center at the College Golf Course at Delhi.  Our restaurant is a partnership between the SUNY Delhi Hospitality Management Department and the College Association at Delhi, Inc. (CADI).  Offering breathtaking views of the course and rolling foothills of the Catskill Mountains, Bluestone serves as a progressive learning laboratory that bridges classroom learning with industry experience.

During the spring spring semesters, students enrolled in the Culinary Arts, Hotel & Restaurant Management, and Event Management programs will offer dinner on select Thursday & Friday evenings, while class is in session. Please be sure to check social media for hours of operation and additional details.   

The menu represents a fusion between contemporary dishes and traditional favorites. When operated by the Hospitality Management Department, students work alongside faculty and professional staff to perform all restaurant duties.  They assist with developing the menu and test recipes prior to opening to the public. Each student rotates through all positions within the restaurant during the semester including host, server, line cook, garde manger, and expediter.
