The SUNY Delhi Parks and Recreation Club is sponsoring a Kids Night Out on Friday, April 20, 2012.  Although our programs are designed for the kids we are hoping it gives the parents a little time out as well!

REGISTRATION AND COST:

Registration opens at 3:45 pm in the lobby of Clark Field House.  Children may register at any point between 3:45 pm and 7:30 pm, however they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the time of registration. 

The cost of registration is $15.00 per child (a multiple child discount is offered at $12 per child).  Payment can be made by either cash or check, credit cards are not accepted.  If paying by Check, please make check payable to College Foundation - Parks and Recreation.  All registration will occur at the time of the event. 

IF YOU HAVE ATTENDED A KIDS NIGHT OUT BEFORE:

If a child has attended a previous Kids Night Out, parents will only need to update their child's information at the registration desk.  All previous registrants have been entered into a database to expedite the registration process.

IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST KIDS NIGHT:

Registration forms will be available at the registration desk for first time Kids Night Out participants.  A child will not be admitted without a registration form that is completed in full by their parent/guardian.  Want to fill out a registration form prior to your arrival?  Download form now!  doc  pdf

PICK-UP:

All children must be picked up by 9:00 pm.  There is a $10.00 fee for picking a child up late. 

ACTIVITIES:

4:00 pm        Open Gym  (basketball, flag football, pickleball, etc.);  Arts & Crafts  (face painting, bracelets/necklaces, etc.);        New Games  (Pass the potato, etc.);   

4:30 pm       Vet Science Tours  (tour of Vet Science facilities to see various animals including the monkeys!) 

5:30 pm        Kids Swim Time

6:45 pm        Pizza Dinner

7:15 pm        Movie Time  (TBA)

9:00 pm        Child pick-up
