2005 Kevin Zraly Dinner
Journey Through the Alps

The 2005 Kevin Zraly Scholarship Dinner found guests transported to the high Alpin mountians.  "Journey Through the Alps" was an evening of fine dining and fundrainsing.  The largest dinner ever raised over $7500.00 for Hospitality student scholarships.  In maitaining the true alpine spirit the evening featured Alpine cooking with Guest Chefs Juergen Spagolla, Executive Chef at The Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, VT and Martin Thoeni, Sous Chef, also from The Trapp Family Lodge.  Together they worked with our students to create a meal that dazzled guests with elegant culinary cuisine.  Gerald Pellegrino III, Executive Chef/Owner of Corks Restaurant in Baltimore, MD and Advisory Council Member led us in a gaiety of wine parings.  A silent auction of donated items added to the evenings festivities.  Those contributing to the auction included: Hunter Mountain, Kutshers Country Club, Advisory Council Member Michael Morgan, Nicoletta’s Italian Café, The Otesaga Resort, and The Trapp Family Lodge.
