No. You do not have to go full time, unless you wish to receive state or federal aid that indicates full time status is a requirement for eligibility.
Can I take courses with both Delhi and occ and still be eligible for full-time status?
Through the visiting Student agreement between Delhi and OCC, students may take courses at both institutions to meet the minimum course credit requirements mandated by federal and state regulations for financial aid. Any combination of credits is acceptable, although it is suggested that students take at least two of their courses each semester through Delhi. Visiting Student forms may be picked up from your advisor or the Financial Aid Office at Delhi or OCC.

You may register for any courses in the program for which you meet the prerequisites or have the permission of the instructor.
