This portion of the project will require much detail.  At this point, the student must tie everything together that was mentioned in the previous four sections.  What do we want to advertise (what are our strengths)?  Where do we want to advertise?  When do we want to advertise?  Who do we want to advertise to and how do we reach them?  The answers to these questions should be very clear to the student and they should express and explain those answers in the introductory portion of section five.  Think of these questions as advertising rational.  Additionally included in this section will be:
