Product Analysis -
This section will fully focus on the products your hotel has to offer to its potential guests. Very basically, other than a bed, what does your hotel offer to the guest in the way of: service, comfort, food and beverage, meeting and function space, and entertainment.
Remember to not only include internal products but also external products as well. For example, if your hotel was in Orlando, Fl., would you mention your proximity to Disney World.....of course you would.
Organization is the key to this section.
