Tracey Caponera is the Director of Inter-Institutional Programs for the SUNY Delhi/SCCC joint programs. Tracey has an extensive background in hospitality operations and sales with Hyatt Hotels, Marriott, Sheraton and independent hotels such as the Albany Desmond and the Mirror Lake Inn Resort and Spa in Lake Placid. She also has teaching experiences in a variety of settings with a focus on the achievement of learning objectives through the use of relevant and real life situations.
She holds a Master’s Degree in Service Management from Rochester Institute of Technology, a B.A. from Niagara University, an A.A.S. from Paul Smith’s College and is certified in Hospitality Sales through the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International. Tracey is currently pursuing her PhD in Education, Specializing in Training and Development through North Central University. In addition, Tracey shares a hospitality and restaurant consulting business, Hospitality Training Ventures with Chef Paul Sorgule, of New England Culinary Institute.

Paula Reardon is the Full-time Business Faculty and Advisor for the SUNY Delhi/SCCC joint programs. Paula has over 25 years experience in the corporate environment holding many management and mid-management positions. She also currently owns and operates a retail business in Saratoga Springs, NY with her husband.
She holds a Master's of Business Administration Degree from Empire State College and a B.S in Business from Skidmore College. Paula is currently pursuing her PhD in Business Administration with an emphasis on Management through Northcentral University.

Brenda Eckler is the assistant to the coordinator of Inter-Institutional Programs for the SUNY Delhi/SCCC joint programs. Brenda holds an A.A.S. degree in Accounting from SUNY Cobleskill, a Certificate in Events Management from SCCC, and an A.A.S. degree in Travel and Tourism from SCCC. While attending SCCC, Brenda earned two presidential medallions for academic excellence and earned a cumulative GPA of 4.0. In May of 2007, Brenda received her BBA degree in Hospitality Management from SUNY Delhi, graduating summa cum laude. She is also an adjunct professor at SCCC, teaching Passenger Management, Events Management, and Planning and Development of Tourism. Brenda is pursuing her MBA through the University at Albany.
