Advisory Board

The Advisory Board consists of industry professionals who participate actively and enthusiastically in the academic programs of the Business & Information Technology departments making contributions of time, intellect and other resources to the college. Members advise the division Dean on matters relating to students, and they provide a model of service and achievement to the college.

Three Major Roles of Advisory Board

  • Assure academic quality and program currency.
  • Recruit students for the program and place students in jobs or transfer institutions when they graduate.
  • Advocate for state support and secure resources from private sources and individuals.
