This major is primarily for full- or part-time students who, through selected business coursework, are seeking professional advancement or to re-enter the workforce. The required courses cover a broad range of activities involved in the management of an organization and incorporate innovations in management techniques as well as teaching/learning methods. Special emphasis is given to developing the analytical and interpersonal skills needed for successful management careers.
