A strong business emphasis is reinforced by technical knowledge resulting in our students entering the workforce as well-rounded, versatile managers. Students are able to customize their education by selecting from a wide array of electives, in addition to required coursework, including instruction in the areas of beverage and beverage control, history of wines, and culinary arts. The capstone to this degree is the operation of Signatures, our student run restaurant, here on campus.
