ContentSignatures RestaurantDuring the fall semester, students enrolled in Hotel and Resort Management and Restaurant and Foodservice Management programs operate a Brunch/Lunch Restaurant. Students develop the menu and test recipes prior to opening for the public. Each student participates in all positions within the restaurant during the semester – host, serving staff, line cook, salad chef, and expediter.
Prix Fixe is $25.00 per person, plus tax. Dates of operation for the Spring 2008 will be:
Reservations are required and may be made by calling 607-746-4351 Monday through Thursday from 9am-4pm. Seatings are available from 5:30pm-7:00pm. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the Alumni Hall Hospitality Center. We look forward to welcoming you into our classroom! |
