SUNY Delhi is committed to providing students opportunities to best achieve academic success.  Through the Learning Center, the College demonstrates this commitment by serving all students, regardless of prior academic preparation.

The Learning Center coordinates with the academic departments to offer a variety of courses, programs, and services to prepare students for entry into college level courses, to assist students already enrolled in meeting course objectives, and to prepare students for transfer and job placement.

The Learning Center reports to Dr. Dennis Callas, Provost.  The services in the Center include Services for Students with Disabilities, Educational Opportunity Program (EOP), Tutorial Services, Academic Advising, English as a Second Language (ESL), and Career, Transfer and Veterans Services.
