The EOP program is funded through the New York State Educational Opportunity Program. The guidelines are:

• Eligible first-time, transfer, or readmit/re-entry full-time students accepted to SUNY Delhi.
• Resident of New York State for 12 months prior to enrollment at SUNY Delhi.
• Consideration given to students from historically disadvantaged backgrounds.

Please note: Space is limited and EOP seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exceptions to Income Guidelines:

1. The students family is not the recipient of family assistance or safety net payments through the New York State office of Temporary and Disability Assistance or through a county department of Social Services or of Family Day Care payments through the New York State office of Children and Family Assistance or a county Department of Social Services.

2. The student lives with foster parents who do not provide support for college and the students natural parents provide no such support.

3. The student is a ward of the state or county.
