SUNY Delhi’s Hotel and Restaurant Management program was one of the first of its kind in the US. In earning your AAS in Hotel and Resort Management at SUNY Delhi, you’ll be preparing yourself for an exciting career in hospitality! As one of the nation’s first Hotel and Resort Management programs, SUNY Delhi is uniquely placed to help you on your path to greatness. At SUNY Delhi, you’ll build a strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, housekeeping, inventory control, front desk operations, hospitality marketing, and human resources management. You’ll get real, practical experience in our operational, on-campus suites and through volunteer projects and paid work opportunities locally.
