Dr. D'Anna brings over thirty years of teaching experience to Delhi's RN to BSN Program, and has instructed nurses in LPN, ADN, and BSN programs. She earned a BSN from Wagner College, an MSN in Clinical Specialist Care of Adults from the Catholic University of America, and a doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University. Her research interests are in adaptive and maladaptive perfectionism.
Dr. D'Anna is a Certified Operating Room Nurse (CNOR), Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA), and Past Co-Chair of the Maryland Board of Nursing Practice and Education Committee.
She is the 2010 Recipent of the NISOD (National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development) Award, a current member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society for Nurses, and is on the Historic Roll of Honor for Women in Military Service for America Memorial Foundation.
