Professor Goulet has been teaching courses in Delhi's RN to BSN program since 2009. She is a lecturer at Mount Carmel College of Nursing's BSN and MSN programs, as well as an Educator on Cancer Genetics, Genetic Testing, and Cancer Risk Reduction for staff, physicians, and the community. She also serves as the Mount Carmel Cancer Risk Program Manager, and the Mount Carmel Breast Health Nurse Navigator.

Professor Goulet earned an MSN in Nursing Education from Walden University, and a BSN from Boston College. Her clinical and research interests are in Ethics, Women's Health, Cancer Genetics, Cancer Prevention and Risk Reduction, Ohio Cancer Genetics Database Development, Hereditary Breast & Ovarian Cancer, and Lynch Syndrome.

Professor Goulet holds a GNCC Advanced Practice Nurse Credential in Genetics, and is the recipient of the 2006 Mount Carmel Excellence in Nursing Award and a past recipient of the Tokos Medical Corporation's Clinical Manager of the Year Award. Her past service includes the Mount Carmel Network Cancer Committee; CCONS Nomination Committee; Mount Carmel Cancer Risk Program Professional Advisory Board; and the American Society of Human Genetics.
