Ms. Ludden has nearly 13 years of experience in higher education and has worked with students in a variety of areas, including advisement, admissions, continuing education, and residential life. She has been with SUNY Delhi since 2003, and joined the RN to BSN program in 2008, to provide comprehensive academic advisement services to online students. Ms. Ludden earned a Master of Arts in Social Sciences from Binghamton University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology and Consumer Sciences from SUNY Oneonta.

Ms. Ludden is involved with program assessment, and her professional interests include academic advisement research specific to online populations, as well as breastfeeding research, promotion and support.

On campus, Ms. Ludden is a regular instructor of Freshman Seminar, and volunteers monthly with Regalia. Within the community, she is a certified instructor of a substance abuse and risk-reduction program for New York State. She is a current member of NACADA (National Academic Advising Association), and was the recipient of the 2011/2012 SUNY Delhi Advisor of the Year award.
