Amie Mansfield, PhD
Doctor Mansfield has been teaching in RN to BSN program since its launch in 2008. She has been a visiting professor at The College of New Jersey, Department of Psychology, as well as an instructor at Boston College Lynch School of Education. She has taught courses in Statistics, Multivariate Statistics, Tests and Measurements, Psychometrics, Personnel Selection and Placement, and Psychology in Business and Industry.
Her research areas of interest include predictive validity of personality and cognitive measures for workplace success, test and survey construction and validation.
Doctor Mansfield holds a PhD and MEd in Educational Reserach, Measurement and Evaluation from Boston College, and a BA in Psychology from Trenton State College.
She is a current member of the American Psychological Association, the American Educational Research Association, the Psychometric Society, and the National Council on Measurement in Education.
