Ms. Norwood has been with SUNY Delhi since 1973, and brings a wealth of experience to assist the BSN program staff. She is also the Editor of the SUNY Delhi College Catalog. From 1973-1983, she served as Secretary for Continuing Education, and later, was the Division Secretary for Liberal Arts & Sciences.

Within the community, Ms. Norwood has served as a past board member and secretary of the Heart of the Catskills Humane Society, where she currently volunteers and maintains her membership since 1996.  She is a Board member of East Branch Community Church, and is the recipient of the 1999-2000 SUNY Delhi's President's Award for Excellence in Classified Service.
