Professor Pratt joined SUNY Delhi's RN to BSN program in 2009. She has been teaching in ADN, RN-BSN, and BSN programs since 2004, including Health Promotion, Community Health, Obstetrics/Pediatrics, Informatics, Pharmacology, and Health Assessment. She earned an ADN From Louisiana Tech University, a BSN from Grambling University, and an MSN from Walden University.

Her certifications include National Certification Corporation - Inpatient Obstetric Nurse, as well as Basic Life Support Instructor.
