Ms. Willow joined SUNY Delhi's RN to BSN program in 2012, after nine years of advising students at Hartwick College and Morrisville State College. She earned an MA in Social Science as well as a BA in Human Development from Binghamton University.  Her professional interests include academic advising, first-generation college students, adult learners, multicultural concerns, and LGBTQ concerns. Within her community, she is a volunteer at the YMCA.

Ms. Willow is a current member of the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA).
