Academic Life and Registration:

•What resources does the Resnick Learning Center offer?

Tutoring (Writing and Math centers), Career Services, Educational Opportunity Program, Services for Students with Disabilities, ESL Services, Academic Advisement, Testing Services, and International Student Services

•Where do I swipe my ID card for registration activation at the beginning of a new semester?  (I want to verify that I am here, so my schedule does not get dropped)

•Where can I find out what classes are offered for the semester?

Click on the link for Class Schedule, select the semester you are interested in

 and search for the classes offered.  If you are interested in ONLINE courses,

under the same page select DISTANCE LEARNING under schedule type on the

 search page and only courses that are offered online will be displayed

•How do I get a tutor?

Beginning the 2nd week of classes, applications for tutoring can be picked up at

the Office of Tutoring Services located in the Resnick Learning Center, 2nd

Floor Bush Hall

•I am a freshman who attended a Delhi Advantage Day, how can I get my schedule of classes for the semester?

Schedules are not sent in the mail.  Students may access their schedules online

through the Bronco Web

•If a student wants to withdraw from college, where do they start the process?

The student needs to meet with a counselor in Foreman Hall

•I left SUNY Delhi and would like information about finishing my degree, whom do I contact?

            Division Dean of the program that you were enrolled in

•I cannot access my final grades online, why is this occurring?

You may have a hold on your account, call Student Accounts 607-746-4625

•I cannot find my midterm grades online, where can I access them?

Midterm grades are to be picked up from the students advisor, they are also

located under Student Records within Bronco Web.

•How do I register for summer courses?

Contact the Office of Records and Registration, 607-746-4560

•Can a student request a different advisor?

Yes, the student needs to make an appointment to see the Division Dean of their

academic program

•Whom should I speak to if I am displeased with my instructor?

Follow the chain of command: first speak to the instructor; if the issue does not

get resolved, you can make an appointment with the instructor's dean; the

final step is to meet with the Provost of the College.

•I forgot my PIN, what do I do?

Contact your Division Office, Office of Records and Registration, Information

Window or the Office of Academic Advisement.  Your Alternate PIN should be

 given to you by your Academic Advisor each semester

•How do I access my student email?

Student email is found on the SUNY Delhi website under WebMail

•How do I find out information about bus tickets to and from Delhi?

            Tickets are sold at the Campus store - Sanford Hall, at The Country Store in

 Downtown Delhi, 607-746-6287 or call Pine Hill Trailways directly at 800-858-8555

•Do I have a campus mailbox?

            Mailboxes are located on the second floor of Farrell Hall, check there for info

•Where can I find the Bronco Bus schedule?

            The Bronco Bus schedule is listed in your Student Planner

 

Transfer Students In/Out and Student Records:

•I am going to attend Delhi, whom do I contact to find out if my transcript has been received?

          Enrollment Services Office, 607-746-4550, 1st Floor Bush Hall

Transcripts may also be ordered thru our secured website at 
http://cis.delhi.edu by selecting Online Registration and Grades.  This access requires using your Delhi id number or your social security number as the user id and your 6 digit general PIN number to gain access to the secured portion of our web site.  Once in the secured area, follow the menu choices to the transcript request form.

•I am currently attending Delhi, whom do I contact to find out if my transcript has been received?

•Where can I get help transferring to another college/university?

Go to the Resnick Learning Center and make an appointment to meet with the Director of Career and Transfer Services, 2nd Floor Bush Hall

•I would like to send a copy of my transcript to another college, whom do I contact?

Forms can be picked up on campus in the Resnick Learning Center, the Office of

 Records and Registration, Enrollment Services or call the Transcript Request

•How do I get a copy of my health record?
