Registration Instructions

Each semester, the Office of Records and Registration notifies students about registration dates and how to register.

How to Register On-Line through Bronco Web to Create your Schedule:

In Bronco Web, on the Main Menu, click on the following selections:

STUDENT & FINANCIAL AID --> REGISTRATION MENU --> SELECT TERM (For which you are registering) --> Click Submit Term --> REGISTRATION STATUS

NOTE: If you have holds, click on VIEW HOLDS at the bottom of the screen. You must speak with the originator of the hold before you can register.

If your status is ok, scroll to the top right of the screen and click on MENU.

ADD OR DROP CLASSES --> Enter your ALTERNATE PIN (Alt PIN when requested) --> click on SUBMIT PIN.

Follow instructions on screens. For each course enter the CRN of the course, and then click on SUBMIT CHANGES.

NOTE: If you do not know the CRN of a class, refer to the on-line class schedule (www.delhi.edu/current_students) or a printed Class Schedule or click on LOOK UP CLASSES or CLASS SEARCH. Add criteria for the search, keeping your search as broad as possible; i.e., Subject or Course number. Scroll to the bottom and click GET CLASSES.

For a description of a course and its prerequisites, CLICK ON THE CRN.

• After you have added your classes, scroll to the top right of the screen, click on MENU, and then click on STUDENT DETAIL SCHEDULE to make sure your schedule is OK.
• If your schedule needs to be changed, click on ADD OR DROP CLASSES at the bottom of the screen and follow previous instructions
• If your schedule is OK, click on the following to print
• WEEK-AT-A-GLANCE; Enter a date that is on or after the term start date

POTENTIAL CAPP ISSUES:

  1. Missing the Orientation/Freshman Seminar course: If the student changed majors and the requirement was completed under a different subject heading OR the student is a transfer student and it is not necessary for them to complete this requirement the student will need to discuss the possibility of a substitution or waiver with their Advisor.
  2. If the student was an associate degree student, and transferred to a bachelor degree program, there is a chance that all Level 1 course work from the associate degree program may not have been applied to Level 2. If there are required courses that the student completed that are not displaying on the CAPP Degree Evaluation, please contact the Office of Records & Registration and it will be researched.
  3. Failure to enroll in a course at the appropriate level (lower level: 100-299; upper level: 300-999).
  4. Failure to meet General Education Requirements: Please note that if the student has “double dipped”, it will say that the General Education Area is “NOT MET”. However, if all the General Education Groups have notations of “YES” next to them, then the General Education Requirements are considered satisfied.
  5. Liberal Arts majors – the elective group may say it is “MET”-however- to make sure that you have completed the appropriate number, please check the Area/Major to see if the number of credits has, indeed, been “MET”
  6. Every Group appears to be “MET” but the student does not have a GPA of 2.0. All
  7. Students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.00 to graduate.
