Transcript Request

Transcripts 

Official transcripts contain a record of all courses, grades and degrees from SUNY College of Technology at Delhi.  A transcript may be sent only at the request of the student for his/her own academic record.

TRANSCRIPTS CANNOT BE ISSUED FOR STUDENTS WHO HAVE A HOLD ON THEIR RECORDS.

There are four ways to request your transcript:

BRONCO WEB REQUEST FOR TRANSCRIPT

Submit a transcript request directly to SUNY College of Technology at Delhi via secure self service web, Bronco Web.  Transcripts will usually be mailed within ONE business day after the submission of your request.  Official transcripts may be ordered thru our secured web site at www.delhi.edu/current_students/and select the link for Bronco Web under the Tech Services & Support heading.  This access requires using your Delhi ID number or your social security number as the user ID and your 6 digit general PIN to gain access to the secured portion of our web site.  Once in the secured area, follow the menu choices to the transcript request form.  Once you have successfully submitted your transcript request via Bronco Web, the transcript is printed and mailed from the office of Records and Registration.

FAX REQUEST FOR TRANSCRIPT

Fax a written request directly to SUNY College of Technology at Delhi.  Transcripts will be mailed within FOUR to FIVE business days after the receipt of your request.  For your convenience, you may use the link below to our "Transcript Request Form" (PDF format) which you can print and then fill in the necessary information.  Once completed AND SIGNED, mail, fax, or bring the form to the Registrar's Office (details below).

Or in lieu of the Transcript Request Form link above, please provide the following information:

  1. Your full name as it appears on College Records
  2. Your student identification number (800#) or social security number and date of birth
  3. The dates you attended Delhi and which degrees you earned (if any)
  4. A daytime telephone number and address where we can contact you if necessary
  5. Provide the complete address where you wish the transcript to be mailed.  If you need the transcript sealed in a separate inside envelope for delivery by you to another person, please specify in your request.

Please remember to sign the request letter.  Your request cannot be processed without the student's signature.

IN PERSON REQUEST FOR TRANSCRIPT

Apply in person at the Office of Records and Registration, Bush Hall 124, Monday - Friday.  Forms are available near the reception desk.  Please have PHOTO ID available.

CHARGES

Effective July 1, 2004, the SUNY College at Delhi will no longer charge for Academic Transcripts, on a per transcript basis. Academic Transcripts will now be funded by a "broad based fee" which is charged to all registered students each academic term. The amount of the charge is $5.00 per term, and will be billed for a maximum of twelve terms per individual. This is a mandatory fee.

This change will allow the College to respond more efficiently to requests for Academic Transcripts. Instructions for ordering transcripts are accessible by calling the transcript request line at (607)746-4617. All transcript requests require the student signature. For students and alumni with a valid pin number, transcripts may be ordered on-line using the request form found in the secured area of the College web site at http://www.delhi.edu/current_students/ then select the link for Bronco Web located under the Tech Services & Support heading.  Accessing this site with your pin number will serve as an electronic signature.
