Aptitudes, Requirements

Admission Requirements:

The basic requirement for entrance into the Construction Technology program is high school graduation. Incoming students must also meet the College requirements for English and reading competency. The incoming student should have at least 2 units of high school mathematics, with MathIII and Physics recommended.

Aptitude:

Individuals in the construction technology field generally have a good mechanical aptitude. They are not afraid of physical labor or working in adverse weather conditions. They need to be able to work with and direct other workers. They also need to be comfortable with applied mathematics and be able to think quickly and independently.
