Delhi College's two-year A.A.S. Degree in Construction Technology is a program for the preparation of construction supervisors and managers for the construction industry. The program is nationally accredited by the American Council for Construction Education.

Increased demand for housing, commercial buildings and civil structures in the United States has resulted from our expanding population and a complex technical society. These same technical advances have expanded the career opportunities for construction managers and field technicians for construction projects. New construction concepts and methods have opened exciting areas for the technician, particularly in energy efficient building techniques, pre-fabrication, and modular concepts. In addition, there are newer and more sophisticated materials and equipment that require continual learning and updating of skills in order to be competitive.

For graduates of the A.A.S. Degree in Construction Technology, a Bachelor of Technology Degree option also exists at SUNY Delhi. This is a Construction Management Option under Delhi's B.T.
