SUNY Delhi is committed to providing students opportunities to best achieve academic success. Through the Learning Center, the College demonstrates this commitment by servicing all students, regardless of prior academic preparation or handicapping condition.

The Learning Center coordinates with the academic departments to offer a variety of courses, programs, and services to prepare students for entry into college level courses, to assist students already enrolled in meeting course objectives, and to prepare students for transfer and job placement.

The Learning Center reports to Dr. Dennis Callas, Provost. The services in the Center include Academic Advising, Accommodated Testing, Career, Transfer and Veterans Services, Educational Opportunity Program (EOP), English as a Second Language (ESL), International Services, Math Center,  Services for Students with Disabilities, Tutorial Services and Writing Center.
