SUNY Delhi is partnering with Higher One® (soon to be BankMobile), a financial services company focused on higher education to bring more refund options to our students — the Delhi Access Card (soon to be BankMobile). Please do not throw away the GREEN ENVELOPE since it is your ticket to a faster refund.
Simply put, your Delhi Access Card (BankMobile) is designed to provide you with increased choices for Financial Aid or school refunds. These options include:

If you’re not sure that SUNY Delhi has your current permanent mailing address, please take a moment to visit the BroncoWeb to view your address information today. Once logged in to BroncoWeb, click on “Personal Information” Tab, then click “View Addresses and Phones”. Make any changes as necessary by selecting the "Update Addresses and Phones" link. Your Refund Selection Kit will be mailed to your current permanent address on file with the college. Therefore, it is critical that you verify your mailing address.

The College shall receive payment first and will refund (if applicable) Stafford and/or PLUS loans after they have been applied to the student’s account. Financial Aid refunds are generated from the last aid type to pay on the account. All refunds, except PLUS refunds, will be made payable to the student. Any refund from a PLUS Loan will be made payable to the parent borrower and sent to the permanent address.
