Beginning in Spring 2015, SUNY Delhi will be partnering with Higher One®, a financial services company focused solely on higher education to bring a new method for receiving your refunds to all Delhi students— the Delhi Access Card. Please do not throw away this important card since it is your ticket to a faster refund.
Simply put, your new Delhi Access Card is designed to provide you with increased choices for Financial Aid or school refunds. These options include:
Please activate your card as soon as you receive it. Remember, even if you are not currently expecting a refund from SUNY Delhi we may have a refund for you in the future.
If you’re not sure that SUNY Delhi has your current permanent mailing address, please take a moment to visit the BroncoWeb to view your address information today. Once logged in to BroncoWeb, click on “Personal Information” Tab, then click “View Addresses and Phones”. Make any changes as necessary by selecting the "Update Addresses and Phones" link. Your new Delhi Access Card will be mailed to your current permanent address on file with the college. Therefore, it is critical that you verify your mailing address as soon as possible.

The College shall receive payment first and will refund (if applicable) Stafford and/or PLUS loans after they have been applied to the student’s account. Financial Aid refunds are generated from the last aid type to pay on the account. All refunds, except PLUS refunds, will be made payable to the student. Any refund from a PLUS Loan will be made payable to the parent borrower and sent to the permanent address.
