OmniUpdate Upgrade from Version 9 (V9) to Version 10 (V10)
On February 12, we will be upgrading OmniUpdate from Version 9 (V9) to Version 10 (V10). OmniUpdate is sun-setting V9 and it will no longer be available for use as of February 18. V10 has some interesting differences that should make using OmniUpdate easier. The basics of editing, publishing, uploading and logging in, will remain the same. There will be no changes to how your pages are displayed to the public.
The upgrade process will begin February 12 at 12 noon and it is expected to be completed by the end of the day. You will not be able to edit your webpages until the upgrade is completed. Please plan on making necessary updates to your website prior to Friday, February 12th. After OmniUpdate has completed its Quality Assurance testing, we will send you an email that page editing can be resumed.
To facilitate the transition to the new version I plan to hold introductory V10 workshops prior to the upgrade. Dates and times are below. I will also hold workshops after the upgrade that will target areas of the new interface in more depth.
