User access ranges in tasks from content revisions and new page creation to image & document uploading. User training is provided on an as needed basis. View training information below.
Campus members needing assistance with web-related projects, such as navigation changes, image manipulation, and other tasks outside of assigned training should contact the Web Operations Team by submitting a Web Work Request.
Training
The college utilizes a Web Content Management System (CMS) called OmniUpdate (OU). A content management system is a computer application used to create, edit, manage, and publish content in a consistently organized fashion so that non-technical people can modify/delete/add to it.
Campus members requiring OmniUpdate training should contact the Web Operations Team. (Written or verbal authorization from a department supervisor is required to become an authorized OmniUpdate user.)
