Institutional Research Links

The State University of New York (SUNY) has an Institutional Research office at the system headquarters in Albany.  This website lists data about all 64 SUNY colleges and universities.

The Federal Government collects and makes available a great deal of information about colleges and universities around the country.  The tool available at this website allows you to compare a college/university to other schools on a number of data points.

The Association for Institutional Research (AIR) has many institutional research resources available.

Each state has an AIR chapter and New York is no exception.  AIRPO is the Association for Institutional Research and Planning Officers and represents SUNY IR offices.
