To apply for admission to SUNY Delhi, the Office of Enrollment Services must receive the following information:

1.  A completed application. Please note on the application form that a $40 USD fee is required. Please make your check payable to "SUNY ASC".  You should mail the application directly to the Application Servicing Center if you are not submitting it on-line.  The ASC address is:

Please make sure to send us translated copies of your academic transcripts if they are not in English. Please note that each international student must have the equivalent of a United States high school diploma. Course descriptions that include a breakdown of "hours of contact" should accompany transcripts from colleges, universities and/or other post secondary institutions located outside the United States. Please have these materials sent to the Office of Enrollment Services Offices.

3.  Official TOEFL scores.  You should make arrangements to take this examination in your country and have the results sent to our Office.  A minimum score of 450 (written) or 133 (computerized) is required.

4.  An official bank statement proving funding for one full academic year is required.  The bank statement must come from you, your parents, or a sponsor.  The balance must be converted to US dollars.   Please see the link for ‘SUNY Delhi Tuition & College Costs’ at the top of this page for the current cost of attendance at SUNY Delhi (note: international students are considered ‘out-of-state’ students, and the cost varies between associate and bachelor degrees).

Form I-20 Information

The second type of information relates to Form I-20 issuance process, which occurs after the student has been accepted. Please note that admissions decisions are not based upon immigration status. Once your are accepted, you will need a Form I-20 in order to obtain an F-1 Student Visa. A packet entitled “How to Obtain Your Form I-20" will help guide you through the process of obtaining an I-20 Form. In order for SUNY Delhi to issue a Form I-20 after acceptance, a tuition & housing deposit of $150 USD must be paid to the college.

Please note : A new fee has been issued by the US government for students who wish to obtain an F-1 visa.  The fee is $100 USD, and it must be paid and fully processed before you arrive at the consulate for your visa interview.  To find out more about this fee or pay it online, please visit:
