Bronco Highlights
10/5/08 - Men's Soccer
Walton graduate, Bryan Backus re-energized the Bronco's in the second half of the home contest after being down 1-0 in a Mountain Valley Conference win with a pair of headers to beat Adirondack CC. Teammate Alex Campbell also scored a goal and had one assist. The team is 9-2-1.
10/4/08 - Cross Country
Chris Mason finished first to lead SUNY Delhi to a team victory in the Tri-State Invitational on Saturday at CC of Rhode Island. The team finished with 46 points and Mason won the 8-kilometer race in 26:52.71. Chris Burke finished third in 27:56.65. Danielle Metz finished the women's 5K in 22:23 to lead the Women Bronco's to an 8th place finish.
10/4/08 - Women's Soccer
After a three goal lead half-time lead by Finger Lakes CC, the Bronco's received goals from Downsville graduate Stephanie Shellman and Amanda Porco but couldn't get the equalizer on Saturday. With the Bronco's trailing at three minutes left, Jessica DiSisto banged a shot off the post that ricocheted to Lauren's graduate Emily Bilz, who shot just over the crossbar.
10/4-5/08 - Men's Golf
Senior Clint Chaffee shot rounds of 73-76 to place fifth at the 2-day Hamilton Fall Invitational on Saturday and Sunday. The tournament was held at the Yahnundaisis Golf Club (par-71) and Skenandoa Golf Club (par-72). The Bronco Men placed seventh at the 15-team tournament with a 625.
10/4/08 - Men's Soccer
The Bronco Men beat Region III Finger Lakes CC at Canandaigua by 4-1 on Saturday. Lauren's graduate, Miguel Short scored for the Bronco's as well as sophomore, Kevin Brodie. The men are 8-2-1 overall.
9/21/08 - Women's Tennis - Delhi 5, Hudson Valley 4
Katie Ryan and Emilie Snyder won 8-3 at first doubles to lead the Broncos to a Mountain Valley Conference win at home. Ryan and Snyder also won at first and second singles, respectively, for the Broncos who will compete in the NJCAA Division III Regional Tournament Oct 11-12.

Izumi Takahashi had 25 assists as Delhi won a non-conference match 10-25, 25-22, 25-20, 22-25, 15-11. Izumi Takahashi 25 assists, Devin Donaldson 9 kills, 6 digs, 2 aces; Danielle Lewis 6 kills, 2 blocks; Minori Sato 6 kills, 2 blocks.
