Bronco Highlights

10/4/08 - Cross  Country
Chris Mason finished first to lead SUNY Delhi to a team victory in the Tri-State Invitational on Saturday at CC of Rhode Island.  The team finished with 46 points and Mason won the 8-kilometer race in 26:52.71.  Chris Burke finished third in 27:56.65.  Danielle Metz finished the women's 5K in 22:23 to lead the Women Bronco's to an 8th place finish.

10/4/08 - Women's Soccer
After a three goal lead half-time lead by Finger Lakes CC, the Bronco's received goals from Downsville graduate Stephanie Shellman and Amanda Porco but couldn't get the equalizer on Saturday.  With the Bronco's trailing at three minutes left,  Jessica DiSisto banged a shot off the post that ricocheted to Lauren's graduate Emily Bilz, who shot just over the crossbar. 

9/28/08 - Men's Soccer
Nico Fernandez had two goals for the Bronco's who hosted Clinton CC in the Mountain Valley Conference on Sunday.  Alex Campbell scored from the left side 10 minutes into the second half to put the Broncos up 2-1.  Kevin Brody also scored for Delhi.

9/23/08 - Men's Golf
Clint Chaffee shot a 2-under par 70 to lead SUNY Delhi's A squad to a non-conference win at home.  Taylor Page contributed a 72 for the Men Bronco's A team that won with 290 strokes.  Delhi's B team totaled 305 strokes for third, nine ahead of Hamilton's B team. 

9/21/08 - Women's Tennis - Delhi 5, Hudson Valley 4
K
atie Ryan and Emilie Snyder won 8-3 at first doubles to lead the Broncos to a Mountain Valley Conference win at home.  Ryan and Snyder also won at first and second singles, respectively, for the Broncos who will compete in the NJCAA Division III Regional Tournament Oct 11-12.

Women's Volleyball - Delhi 3, Broome 2
Izumi Takahashi had 25 assists as Delhi won a non-conference match 10-25, 25-22, 25-20, 22-25, 15-11. Izumi Takahashi 25 assists, Devin Donaldson 9 kills, 6 digs, 2 aces; Danielle Lewis 6 kills, 2 blocks; Minori Sato 6 kills, 2 blocks.
