
The mission of the CADI Fitness Center is to provide students, faculty and staff with quality facilities and fitness activities in an open atmosphere and in collaboration with various campus departments and student organizations provide programs that will positively influence the overall health and well-being of the campus community.

The fitness center will be open Monday-Friday for faculty and staff only during school breaks. Hours will be posted.
Fitness Center Rules
Compliance with the following rules helps ensure the comfort and safety of all fitness center patrons. Failure to comply may result in your removal from the facility.
| 1) All students, faculty and staff must present their school ID to use the fitness center. Students who have not paid their fitness center fee will not be allowed to use the fitness center. NO ID - NO ENTRY - NO EXCEPTIONS! |
| 2) Proper fitness attire is required - No jeans, boots or street shoes. SHIRTS ARE REQUIRED! CHANGE OF SHOES IS REQUIRED! |
| 3) No food or glass bottles. Plastic water bottles and sports drinks only. |
| 4) Use gym wipes to wipe down equipment when you have finished using it. |
| 5) Return dumbbells and weight plates to the proper rack. |

6) Follow the posted instructions on each piece of equipment. See a member of the fitness center staff if you have any questions. |
|
7) The fitness center staff is responsible for the music selection. No personal CD's allowed. Personal music player with earphones (IPods, MP3's, CD players) are allowed. |
|
8) No excessive use of foul language. |
|
9) Fitness center patrons are encouraged to use the GENERAL LOCKER ROOMS. No overnight use of the lockers is permitted. |
|
10) Notify staff members of equipment malfunction immediately! |

*How do I work the Expresso Bikes?
You do not need a username and password to use the Expresso bikes. To use the bikes without a password, just press "ride as guest". Some of the courses will be unavailable to you as they are reserved for Expresso fitness members; however there are still several courses available for all levels.If you would like to sign up for a membership to access more routes and track and view your progress online go to www.expresso.net.
