 Top 5 Flag Football Rules

 1.  No Jewelry.

 2.  No Metal or Ceramic Cleats.

 3.  Shorts/Sweat Pants must NOT have pockets.

 4.  The clock will run without stoppage until the final two (2) minutes of each half.

 5.  There will be a twenty (20) point mercy rule with five (5) minutes remaining in the second half.
