• In his 9th season at SUNY Delhi, Bob Leary serves as the Head Men's Lacrosse Coach as well as Head Women's Soccer Coach.
• Mountain Valley Conference Lacrosse Coach of the Year 2005 and 2010 and Soccer Coach of the Year 2006, 2007, 2008.
• President of the NJCAA Lacrosse Coaches Association (November 2006 - December 2011) and established the NJCAA Lacrosse Hall of Fame in 2008.
• Vice President of Region III Women's Soccer Coaches Association (November 2006 - Present).
• Women's Soccer Team Sportsmanship Award, Silver Level (2006 and 2008).
• NJCAA Top 10 Poll Committee for Lacrosse (2003 - Present).
• Coached 30 Lacrosse Academic All-Americans.
• In the summer of 1993, Head Coach of the Under 17 All Star Lacrosse Team, which was the first non-Australian team invited to Australia to compete in the Junior National Championships.
• Helped lead Herkimer County Community College to win two national championships in 1989 and 1990, as Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach.
• During the Summer of 2008, Assistant Coach for the Iroquois Nationals at the Under 19 World Championships in Coquitlam, British Columbia.  The Iroquois won the bronze medal, their best finish to date.
