Jessica Miller shot an even 100 in wet, cold, and windy conditions to nab medalist honors in the Women's Invitational at SUNY Delhi. Keuka College won the team event.

Broncos Face Stiff Competition at Middlebury

The SUNY Delhi women's golf team traveled to Middlebury Vt. on September 28th & 29th to take on perennial Division III powerhouses Middlebury, Williams, and Amherst College along with several other top teams from New England. Lia Rinaldi led the Broncos with a 227 two-day total, edging out teammate Seranda Barton (228) by one stroke. See complete results >

Broncos Open 2013 Season at Keuka College

The SUNY Delhi Women’s Golf team kicked off their season on September 19th at Lakeside Country Club in Penn Yan, NY. The event was hosted by Keuka College. The beautifully-manitained golf course featured grape orchards bordering some of the holes on the back, and many stunning views of Keuka Lake.

Freshmen Lia Rinaldi and Seranda Barton led the Broncos with scores of 104 and 106 respectively, good for third and fourth place in their first-ever collegiate competition.

Lady Broncos Stare Down Tough Conditions at William Smith Invitational

The Lady Broncos took their talents to Clifton Springs (NY) CC on September 21 & 22 to compete in the William Smith College Invitational. In addition to Delhi, Ithaca, Elmira, William Smith, LeMoyne, St. John Fisher and Nazareth Colleges were represented at the event. Saturday’s round was shortened to 9 holes due to persistent rains and Sunday’s 18-hole round was contested in raw, windy conditions. Daphne Burda led the Broncos with scores of 49 and 100, tying for 11th place. Lia Rinaldi finished tied for 20th with scores of 54 and 109. See complete results >

Event #3 - Elmira Invitational

SUNY Delhi’s Women’s Golf team traveled to Elmira CC for the 42nd Annual Elmira College Golf Invitational on Tuesday September 24th. Lia Rinaldi led the way for the Broncos posting a 105 on the tough, hilly, par 72 layout. Daphne Burda followed with a 107. Manhattanville College won the team event with a 395. Event #4 - Middlebury (VT) Invitational

On a gorgeous Homecoming weekend in Middlebury Vt., the Bronco Women's Golf Team competed against perennial Division III powerhouses Williams, Amherst and Middlebury Colleges, among others. Freshman Daphne Burda ended up withdrawing due to an abdominal injury while Lia Rinaldi and Seranda Barton finished strong for Delhi. See complete results >

Event #6 - Nazareth College Invitational

Due to Burda's season-ending injury at Middlebury and an untimely stomach virus for Seranda Barton, Lia Rinaldi was the only Bronco to compete at the Nazareth event. She finishedwith a two-day total of 223, good for 8th place.
