The Student Health Service at SUNY Delhi is the on-campus source for meeting your primary health needs. Our nurses, nurse practitioners, administrative staff and physicians are dedicated to providing students with quality medical care and services necessary to optimize health and wellness.
Services
Health Services is a fully operational medical clinic staffed by registered nurses and nurse practitioners. In addition, part-time physicians are available by appointment at regularly scheduled clinics throughout the week.
All full-time students are required to pay a student health fee of $125 per semester.* Part-time students pay a pro-rated fee. For more information on the services included with the health fee please refer to our Health Services Links.

Admission Requirements
All students, residential and commuter, taking 6 or more credit hours, must submit the following:
1. Health Form - the front of the form and parts A and B
2. Tuberculosis Screening Form
3. Consent of Parent or Guardian for Medical or Emergency Treatment Form (for students under the age of 18)
Nursing students and athletes have other requirements. Refer to the nursing department or the athletic department for more information.
Confidentiality of Records
All medical information is confidential. Health Services policy permits the release of information concerning a student only with the student's explicit and informed written authorization or in the case of serious medical emergency.
