HEALTH INSURANCE IS NOT NEEDED TO BE SEEN IN OUR CAMPUS CLINIC

Health insurance is required of all full-time students. Students will automatically be enrolled and charged ($340 for 2011 - 2012) for the student plan unless an online insurance waiver is completed, identifying alternate coverage, and approved.

Part-time students may enroll voluntarily. The student plan coverage is for accidents, injuries and acute illnesses. Dependent enrollment is also available. Information about the student accident and health insurance is available at College Association at Delhi (CADI) or Health Services.

If you have an HMO or private health insurance that requires preauthorization before seeing a physician, you are responsible for obtaining the authorization that is required.
