It contains information on selecting a housing assignment for the next academic year
and on how to change room assignments during the current academic year.

Your agreement for college housing is for the ENTIRE academic year and may not be broken between the fall and spring semesters.

ROOM SELECTION FOR THE NEXT ACADEMIC YEAR

Unlike new students coming to Delhi for the first time who are assigned rooms and roommates, returning students select their own housing assignments and roommates online in mid-to-late April.

This is where you can access the housing contract and request form, check to see if you have been assigned to Catskill Hall or Riverview Townhouses for 2013-14, or check to see if you have been assigned log-in times to select your own housing assignment during the week of April 22rd.

We are excited to offer you the opportunity to find roommates
and meet other residents through the RoomSync app on Facebook.

Twenty-four hours after completing your online housing contract, join our matching network at http://apps.facebook.com/roomsync. After agreeing to the terms, use "SUNY Delhi" for the Name of University, select the sub-network that best applies to you, and enter you RoomSync Student ID.
Your RoomSync Student ID is your Student ID Number (800######) followed by your birthdate (DDMMYYYY). For example, if your Student ID is 800123456 and your birthdate is April 3, 1990, your RoomSync Student ID will be 80012345604031990.
A green checkmark will appear to the right of the box where you entered your RoomSync Student ID.
Select "All Room Types" for your room type, and proceed, following the instructions on the app.

CHANGING ROOM ASSIGNMENTS DURING THE CURRENT ACADEMIC YEAR

If you are interested in changing your room during the current academic year, you should speak to your Residence Hall Director for assistance and further information.  All room changes must be approved by the Residence Hall Director or Office of Residence Life.  Failure to obtain approval may result in additional charges and needing to move back to the original space you were assigned to.
