Riverview Townhouses is an upper division community located next to Price Chopper. The community is close enough to campus but has the feel of off-campus living. Riverview residents are part of the general community of Delhi. Living in Riverview Townhouses is a privilege and residents are held to high standards of behavior.
The Riverview Townhouses offer students an independent living environment in a small group setting. The townhouses are fully furnished for 7, 8, or 10 students and features double and single rooms, a full kitchen and dining room, central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer in each unit. This alternative housing option is for students that are successful both academically and socially at SUNY Delhi.

2012-2013 RIVERVIEW TOWNHOUSE INFORMATION
Returning students must go through the housing selection process for returning students in addition to picking up a Supplemental Riverview Application at the Office of Residence Life, 111 Catskill Hall. Incoming students should request Riverview Townhouses on their housing application and will be assigned on a space available basis.
Special Interest Housing for the 2012-2013 Academic Year include:
Coed Townhouses: Eight or ten students wanting to live in a gender balanced coed townhouse during the 2012-13 academic year. All students in a group applying for the coed option must be planning to attend SUNY Delhi for the entire 2012-13 academic year and must meet all of the requirements to live at Riverview Townhouses. By selecting this option, you agree that if a vacancy is created by anyone in our townhouse for any reason, the remaining residents will be responsible for finding a replacement roommate. If the remaining residents are unable to find a roommate, the remainder of the townhouse residents will be responsible for paying the cost of the open space through the end of Spring 2013 semester or until they are able to find a replacement roommate.
Veterinary Science Townhouses: As a carry over from the DuBois LLE, and working in conjunction with the Veterinary Science Department, we are providing the opportunity for returning upperclassmen Vet Science majors to live in a community together. In addition, this includes the opportunity for residents in the Vet Sci designated townhouses to have small caged animal if residents apply for approval individually.
