Dear Parents & Families,
It’s hard to believe the semester is almost over. We have had the pleasure of sharing in your student’s growth and development over the past year. We wish all of our students a productive, enjoyable and safe summer. I would also like to extend my hearty congratulations to the families of the graduating class of 2015!
Visit the Parent Webpage to enjoy pictures from the end of the semester and to check over the summer for relevant information for the upcoming academic year. Pictured above are our 2015 Student Life Leadership Award Recipients. We would like to share some information with you regarding Commencement and important information for returning students.
Residence Halls
Visit the News & Announcements webpage for procedures for returning students, summer storage options and more. Residence Halls close on Friday, May 15 at 11pm for non-graduates. Residence Halls close on Saturday, May 16 at 6pm for graduates.
May Graduation
Commencement will take place this Saturday May 16, beginning promptly at 10:00 am, at the Clark Field House. Students participating in commencement received 3 guest tickets for the ceremony with their cap and gown. Due to limited capacity in Clark Field House, additional tickets are not available. Guests without tickets may view the commencement ceremony on the big screen in The Okun Theatre. Click on the Commencement link for additional information.
Celebrate Commencement at Café on the Green - Friday Dinner 5/15 through Sunday Dinner 5/17
Over Commencement weekend, the Café on the Green at the College Golf Course is offering a special discount to members of the Class of 2015. With the purchase of one entrée, one graduate will receive one entrée of their choice for $5.00. To view the new menu for the summer session please visit the Café on the Green webpage.
Final Grades & Academic Standing
The College Registrar has prepared instructions on how to students can access grades, GPA and check academic standing starting at 1pm on Friday, May 22. If students will not have access to the internet after leaving campus, they may request to have a copy of their official transcript mailed to their home address. Prior to leaving campus students must log in to Bronco Web and request a transcript to be generated after final grades are posted.
2015-2016 FAFSA
Has your student filed their 2015-2016 FAFSA yet? If not, it's not too late. Go to the Federal Student Aid webpage and file as soon as possible. If you think they have filed, your student should log onto the Bronco Web to make sure they have accepted their aid for next year and submitted all requested documentation.
Students Not Returning Next Semester
If your student does not plan to return to SUNY Delhi, they should contact the Registrar's Office 607-746-4560 or email They should also contact Student Financial Services 607-746-4575 or email to make sure their Financial Aid transactions are complete.

Dear Parents & Families,

We hope you are enjoying the arrival of Spring. Check out the SUNY Delhi Flickr webpage to see some pictures of on and off campus activities. We would like to share some important information with you to support your student’s success. Please refer to the College Calendar for more key dates and academic deadlines.

April 3-Deadline for Housing Deposits & Contracts
Student Accounts is accepting housing deposits from current students returning next year until Fri, April 3. Payments can be made at Student Financial Services in Bush Hall, by phone at 607-746-4625 or through BroncoWeb. The next business day after paying the deposit, after 9:30am, students can log onto the Student Housing Management System and complete their housing agreement online. Students must complete this contract within 14 days or before Sun, April 5 whichever is earlier. Instructions for students on how to complete their housing agreement and what to do for housing selection is available on the Office of Residence Life website.

Our Residence Halls close for Spring Break Saturday, April 4 at 10am and reopen Sunday, April 12 at 12noon. Classes resume on Monday April 13.

Is your student looking to get a job or internship opportunity? Encourage them to use Optimal Resume to create professional looking resumes and cover letters. Ask if they are registered with College Central Network, where employers post job and internship opportunities directly to SUNY Delhi students. Our Facebook group features new postings weekly. All these services are available to current students and alumni. If you have questions, please visit the Career & Business Development webpage.

Final Exam Schedule, Summer & Fall 2015 Class Schedule
The Spring 2015 final exam schedule, Summer classes offerings and information regarding the Fall 2015 class schedule is now available for review on the Registrar’s webpage. For final exams, students should make note of any ‘Exam Slot Exceptions’ or ‘Class Room Exceptions.’ This information can also be found on the Current Students page under Important News.

Bronco Bucks Special
Your student gets $5 FREE in Bronco Bucks when you add $50 to their Bronco Bucks account from Monday, March 30 through Friday, April 17. All you need is your student’s 800# to add Bronco Bucks through Manage My ID. For more information, visit the CADI Parent Page.

May Graduation
Commencement will take place Saturday, May 16 at 10:00am in the Clark Field House. Each graduate will receive three guest tickets when they purchase their cap and gown at the Barnes & Noble Bookstore. Caps & gowns must be picked up before Fri, May 1. For more information about graduation requirements for your student, directions to campus and lodging accommodations, please visit the Commencement webpage.
