Dear Parents,
Weather Advisory-Residence Halls-Dining Hours
There is a winter weather advisory in effect for our area from 3 pm, today, Tuesday, Nov. 26 to 7 am Thursday, Nov. 28, Thanksgiving.  This means that periods of snow, sleet, or freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Travelers should be prepared for slippery roads and limited visibilities and use caution while driving.
Due to the weather conditions, students may stay in the residence halls until Thursday as needed. Limited dining service will be provided in MacDonald Hall on Wednesday November 27 from 8am-6pm. The dining hall staff will provide Breakfast To-Go boxes on Wednesday evening for any students who cannot leave campus until Thursday morning.

Dear Parents,
Residence Halls Closing-Weather Advisory-Thanksgiving Break
The extended forecast over the next few days for the Northeast region of the United States is predicting some sleet, freezing rain and snow. Students and parents are encouraged to monitor weather forecasts. Right now, it looks like this weather will hit our region some time during the latter part of the day and evening on Tuesday, November 26th.
As a reminder, the residence halls are open until 10 am on Wednesday, November 27th. We expect the weather will be clear by then, but if it is unsafe to travel, students should speak with their Residence Hall Director and they will be allowed to stay until the weather is clear and travel is safe. CADI will provide a continental breakfast in MacDonald Hall on Wednesday morning from 8 am-10:30am.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the Residence Life Office at 607-746-4630 or the Parent Help Line at 607-746-4505.

Thank you for your attention to this matter and have a safe and enjoyable Thanksgiving holiday.
