As Spring approaches, we would like to share some information with you regarding upcoming events, and campus deadlines. Always refer to the College Calendar
for key dates and academic deadlines. April 8-Deadline for Housing Deposits & Contracts
Student Financial Services is accepting housing deposits from current students returning next year until Friday, April 8. Payments can be made at Student Financial Services in Bush Hall, by phone at 607-746-4625 or through BroncoWeb. After 9:30am, the next business day after paying the deposit, students can log onto the Student Housing Management System
and complete their housing agreement online. Students must complete this contract within 14 days or before Sunday, April 10, whichever is earlier. Instructions for students on how to complete their housing agreement and what to do for housing selection is available on the Office of Residence Life
All Residence Halls close for Spring Break Saturday, April 9 at 10am and reopen Sunday, April 17 at 12noon. Classes resume on Monday April 18. If your student will be on campus Saturday, April 9, have them sign up for a boxed breakfast.
It's FAFSA Time!
It’s time for your student to file their 2016-2017 FAFSA. If they need assistance, encourage them to sign up for FAFSA night, on Monday, April 18 (the day after break). Student Financial Services will assist students in applying for aid for the upcoming academic year. Click here to see the event flyer with more information

Is your student looking for a job or internship opportunity? Encourage them to use Optimal Resume to create professional looking resumes and cover letters. Ask if they are registered with College Central Network, where employers post jobs and internship opportunities directly to SUNY Delhi students. Our Facebook group features new postings weekly. Summer & Fall 2016 Class Schedules
The Summer 2016 and Fall 2016 class schedules and information are available for review on the Registrar’s webpage
. This information can also be found on the Current Students
page under Important News. The Final Exam schedule for Spring 2016 will be available by Monday, April 4 for students to review and make note of any ‘Exam Slot Exceptions’ or ‘Class Room Exceptions.’
Commencement will take place Saturday, May 21 at 10am in Clark Field House. Students participating will receive 3 guest tickets when they pick up their cap and gown from the Barnes & Noble Bookstore in May.
