As we reach the end of the Fall semester, and your student prepares to come home for the holidays, we would like to share some important information with you both.

All residence halls close this Saturday, December 17 at 10am for the Winter Break. Students can sign up for a Boxed Breakfast
if they will be on campus until Saturday, December 17.
Residence Halls reopen for returning students at 12noon on Sunday, January 22. Classes resume Monday, January 23. Please refer to the online College Calendar
for a complete list of dates and academic deadlines for the Spring 2017 semester.
Final Grades & Academic Standing
The College Registrar has prepared instructions on how your student can access their grades, GPA and check academic standing
starting at 2pm on Wednesday, December 21. If your student will not have access to the internet after leaving campus, they may request to have a copy of their official transcript mailed to them. Prior to leaving campus, your student should log in to Bronco Web and request a transcript
to be generated after final grades are posted.
Pre-Pack Textbook Program
Barnes & Noble staff will pre-package all the books and supplies needed for the Spring semester. It’s easy, and saves time! Order online through the Barnes & Noble Campus Bookstore
. Choose “pick up at the store” and your student's order will be waiting when they arrive on campus. Barnes & Noble offers competitive pricing and guarantees correct course materials. Contact Julia or Nick at (607) 746-4760 or firstname.lastname@example.org

Meal Plans for Off-Campus & On-Campus Students
Students who live off-campus are not automatically enrolled or billed for a meal plan for the Spring semester. Students who had a meal plan in the Fall and do not purchase a plan for the Spring will not have access to any leftover Bronco Bucks. In order to have the balance roll over, your student must add a dining plan for the Spring semester through the Student Housing Management System

. On-campus students will be billed for the same dining plan they had in the Fall semester. Plans can be changed up until Friday, February 3 at 4pm through the Student Housing Management System.
Students Not Returning
If your student does not plan to return to SUNY Delhi for the Spring 2017 semester, please have them contact the Registrar’s Office at 607-746-4560 or email@example.com
and Student Financial Services at 607-746-4575 or firstname.lastname@example.org
as soon as possible, to make sure all Financial Aid transactions are complete.
