You and your first time student can review important information regarding the Fall 2014 New Student Orientation Program, which is August 29 – August 31. The Commuter Student welcome is Thursday, August 28. Please visit the Student Orientation

Student Health Insurance Waiver
The Student Health Insurance Waiver must be completed ANNUALLY – College policy requires that all full-time students purchase a student accident and health insurance plan unless they can prove they have equivalent coverage. All students are automatically billed $1,360
for the College’s Student Health Insurance plan. To remove the charge, you must complete the Online Waiver
as soon as possible, and no later than October 1

Pre-Pack Textbook Program
Barnes & Noble staff will pre-package all the books you need for the semester. It’s easy, and saves time! Order online through the Barnes & Noble College Bookstore

Required Parking Permit
driven or parked on campus must be registered with University Police. This includes student vehicles for full-time or part-time students. We highly recommend that full-time students register in advance online to avoid long lines at orientation. If you are a part-time student or will graduate in December, you must register your vehicle in person. Be sure to bring a copy of your schedule. Dear New Students, Parents & Families,
Fall Orientation is coming soon!!New student orientation is Friday, August 29 through Sunday, August 31.
During Orientation new students will meet their academic advisor, learn about support services available, and meet lots of people and make friends!
Residential students will move in on Friday--more information will be coming from Residence Life
on specific times. Commuter students
and families are encouraged to attend the commuter welcome program on Thursday afternoon, August 28.

Dear Parents and Families,
We would like to extend our Congratulations to the families of our May Graduates in the Class of 2014! The end of the academic year is a chance to celebrate the students who have made this college a success. Pictured on the left, are table settings for the President's Commencement Dinner where we acknowledge Community Service Leaders.

Residence Halls close on Friday, May 16 at 11pm for non-graduates. Residence Halls close on Saturday, May 17 at 6pm for graduates. Visit the News & Announcements webpage for more information regarding housing procedures for returning students, hall closing information and more.
Commencement will take place Saturday May 17, beginning promptly at 10:00 am, at the Clark Field House. Students participating in commencement received 3 guest tickets for the ceremony with their cap and gown. Due to limited capacity in Clark Field House, additional tickets are not available. Guests without tickets may view the commencement ceremony on the big screen in The Okun Theatre. Click on the Commencement link for additional information.
Celebrate Commencement at Café on the Green – Friday Dinner 5/16 through Sunday Dinner 5/18
Over Commencement weekend, the Café on the Green at the College Golf Course is offering a special discount to members of the Class of 2014. With the purchase of one full priced entrée, one graduate will receive, one entrée of their choice for $5.00. To view the new menu for the summer season please visit the Café on the Green webpage.
Final Grades & How to Check Academic Standing
The Registrar’s Office has prepared instructions on how to access your student’s grades, GPA and academic standing starting Saturday, May 24. If your student will not have access to the internet after they leave campus they may use Bronco Web to request a copy of their transcript with their spring 2014 final grades prior to leaving campus. Your student should follow the instructions for submitting a transcript request through Bronco Web and select the "Hold for Grades" option. Please take the time to complete a Registrar’s Office Customer Service Survey. We are always looking to evaluate ourselves and expand our services.
Has your student filed their 2014-2015 FAFSA yet? If not, it's not too late. Go to the Federal Student Aid webpage and file as soon as possible. If you think they have filed, your student should log onto Bronco Web to make sure they have accepted their aid for next year and submitted all requested documentation.
All student-athletes must have a current updated physical on file in Health Services. Please note, the physical expires 1 year after it was conducted, and an updated physical must be submitted when your student-athlete returns in the fall semester. Students Not Returning Next Semester
If your student does not plan to return to SUNY Delhi, they should contact the Registrar's Office 607-746-4560 or email@example.com. They should also contact Student Financial Services 607-746-4575 or firstname.lastname@example.org to make sure their Financial Aid transactions are complete.

Dear Parents and Families,
We hope you are enjoying the arrival of Spring. Recently SUNY Delhi participated in Delhi’s Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade. With over 300 students who participated, we had an amazing turnout with many energetic groups. Check out our Flickr webpage to see some pictures. We would like to share some important information with you to support your student’s success and keep you updated on campus events.
Our Residence Halls close for Spring Break Saturday, April 5 at 10am and reopen Sunday, April 13 at 12noon. Classes resume on Monday April 14. Room Selection for Fall 2014
For students who still need to reserve a spot in our residence halls or townhouses, a $100 housing deposit is required. In order for your student to have the best room selection choices. Payments should be received by Friday, April 4, with the online housing contract completed no later than Monday, April 7
. Payments and contracts will continue to be accepted after April 4, however, these students will have a more limited choice of room selection. You can pay by credit card through Bronco Web

Commencement will take place Saturday, May 17 at 10:00am in the Clark Field House. Each graduate will receive three guest tickets when they purchase their cap and gown at the Barnes & Noble Bookstore. Caps & gowns must be picked up before May 2.
