Policy Regarding Use of the Digital Signage System at SUNY Delhi
In an effort to allow access to the digital signage system across the SUNY Delhi campus, the following regulations have been adopted in regards to content creation. All submissions will be:
Submitted at least 3 business days prior to the desired posting time.
In .jpg, .png, or .pdf format.
Date, time, and location must be visible for any flyers regarding events.
Displayed for the default amount of time, for a maximum of two weeks.
All marketing from a Student Senate Sponsored club/organization must be approved by a member of the Office of Student Activities Staff. General Greek rush marketing is not permitted. All other postings are subject to approval or denial by a member of the Student Life Staff. Non-campus marketing is not accepted at this time.
Please note, the option to upload a picture or sign is a suggestion to the Digital Screen Creation Team and may not guarantee that exact artwork.
Any exceptions to the above policies may be made by a Content Administrator based on extenuating circumstances only.
