All you need to do is fill out the following form with some basic information on your event. THERE IS AN OPTION TO UPLOAD A PICTURE OR INCLUDE A HYPERLINK TO SOME ARTWORK FOR YOUR SLIDE. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS NOT A GUARANTEE THAT YOUR SUGGESTED ARTWORK WILL BE DISPLAYED, JUST AN OPPORTUNITY FOR SUGGESTION.
