How do I sort on more than one field in Excel?

To Sort on more than one (up to three) field in Excel...

  1. Click ‘Data’
  2. Click ‘Sort’
  3. Select up to three rows in order that you want to sort by from the drop down list

  4. Select ‘Ascending’ or ‘Descending’
  5. Click ‘OK’
