How do I delete my Temporary Internet Files and Cookies?

T o delete your temporary internet files and cookies…

 

  1. Open Internet Explorer

  2. Click on ‘Tools”
      1

  3. Click on “Internet Options’
    1

  4. Click 'Delete Files'
    1

  5. Put a check mark in the box to 'Delete all offline content'

  6. Click ‘OK’ on the Delete Files window

  7. Click ‘Delete Cookies’ on the Internet Options window

  8. Click ‘OK’ to delete cookies

  9. Click ‘OK’ on the Internet Options window
