How do I force OfficeScan to update?
To force OfficeScan to update...
(Y ou must be logged on as a valid network user.)
- Right click the blue octagon with the line through it (bottom right corner of the screen by the time)
- Click 'Update Now!' on the menu
- Make sure the Domain name/IP address: (the first box) says ‘18.104.22.168’
- Click 'Update Now...'
- Click 'Ok'
