How do I force OfficeScan to update?

To force OfficeScan to update...

(Y ou must be logged on as a valid network user.)

  1. Right click the blue octagon with the line through it (bottom right corner of the screen by the time) Trend Micro Icon

    Update Settings

  2. Click 'Update Now!' on the menu     
  3. Make sure the Domain name/IP address: (the first box) says ‘137.124.66.153’
  4. Click 'Update Now...' 

    Success!
  5. Click 'Ok'
