To check if OfficeScan is updating...

• Hover over the blue octagon with the line through it (bottom right corner of the screen by the time)

OR

• Right click the blue octagon with the line through it (bottom right corner of the screen by the time)
• Click 'OfficeScan Main'
• Click 'Help'

• Click 'About'
  
  

The 'Pattern Version' or 'Virus Pattern File Number' should be 3.187.00 or higher.

If your icon has a red exclamation point     your computer has not updated in 7 or more days and you need to force an update (see the directions below).
