If you forgot your pin...

Do NOT keep guessing - this will disable your account

• Enter your user id
• Click ' Forgot pin?'
• You will be given the question that you entered when you first logged into the account - Type the answer to the question in the Answer box. (It must be typed exactly the same as when you set it up.)
• Click ' Submit Answer'
• You will then be able to create a new six digit numeric pin
• Click ' Reset PIN'

If you do not remember your pin or the answer to your question...

Bring your id card to the Records and Registration Office or the Campus Information Center on the 1st floor of Bush Hall or to your Division Office between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
