To install software from the network...

Before you install anything, check the computer for a previous version of the software. If your computer has a previous version uninstall the old version before installing the new version off the network. (See "How do I uninstall a program from my computer?")

1. Click 'Start' on the task bar

2. Click 'Control Panel' (it may be in classic or category view either is fine)

   
   
    

3. Click 'Add or Remove Programs'  (double click in classic view)
   
   
   
4. Click ' Add New Program' on the left side bar
5. Select the program that you want to install
6. Click ' Add'
7. Follow the rest of the prompts to completely install the program and all of its components
8. Click the 'X' to close the 'Add/Remove Program Properties' window
9. Click the 'X' to close the 'Control Panel' window
