Leadership Institute

The Leadership Institute of Delaware County is designed to prepare future leaders to serve Delaware County; leaders who are equipped with a well rounded understanding of the social, cultural, economic, and political challenges and opportunities facing our county in the 21 ^st century.  Additionally, the program provides participants with an understanding of leadership skills including public speaking, meeting management, time management, teamwork, fundraising, problem solving, and planning.  These skills enhance the participants’ ability to be excellent leaders as well as more effective employees.
